We are looking for a female student (at the request of the current female occupants) to rent a bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house next to Georgia Tech on Hemphill Avenues. About a 5 minute walk onto the GT Campus.
1-yr lease preferred but flexible, available to move in immediately. Rent is $800 a month, and utilities are typically around $80.
Roommates: You'll be sharing the house with a 1st year PhD (BME) student (female), a GT grad student (OMSA) (female) and a GT alum (ChBE) (we're a couple), and our Samoyed dog - he's hypoallergenic and loves people! We're all easy going, quiety and clean and look forward to getting to know a new housemate.
Photos labeled 2 are your bedroom and the adjacent study/living room area that comes with it. Photos labeled 1 are your bathroom (newly renovated with new shower and shared with a female housemate) and photos labeled 3 are the common areas of the house.
The room: Private tile floored bedroom in great condition with lots of windows (blackout curtains included) with your own adjacent living room/study area.
Shared spaces: fully furnished spacious common areas (living/dining), a large full kitchen, laundry (W/D) and a big deck for you if you're into outdoor gatherings! Feel free to contribute your own items to these spaces.
